Refund policy

At Andrew's Flags, we take great pride in creating high-quality handcrafted flags and wooden products. Every item is carefully designed, built, finished, inspected, and packaged with attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced products, our items require significant time, materials, craftsmanship, and labor to create.

Because our products are handmade and, in many cases, produced specifically for each customer, all sales are final. By placing an order with Andrew's Flags, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any of the following reasons:

- Change of mind

- No longer wanting the item

- Ordering by mistake

- Personal preference

- Delays caused by shipping carriers

- Minor variations in wood grain, texture, color, or finish

- Natural characteristics of wood and handcrafted materials

- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique and may vary slightly from product photos. These variations are not considered defects and are part of the character and authenticity of handcrafted wooden products.

Damaged or Defective Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

To submit a damage claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may delay or prevent the processing of your claim.

Replacement Eligibility

If we determine that the item was damaged during shipping or arrived with a manufacturing defect, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement item, or
  • Provide another appropriate resolution

Andrew's Flags reserves the right to evaluate all claims before approving a replacement.

Claims Submitted After 7 Days

Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items submitted more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.

Order Cancellations

Because production may begin shortly after an order is placed, we reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests once work has started on an order.

If an order has not yet entered production, cancellation requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Andrew's Flags is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered. Under no circumstances shall Andrew's Flags be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
