Shipping policy

At Andrew's Flags, every product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Unlike mass-produced items that sit on warehouse shelves, our flags and wooden products are individually crafted and prepared before being shipped to our customers. Because of this process, shipping times may be longer than those of traditional retail stores.

By placing an order with Andrew's Flags, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping timelines outlined below.

Production & Manufacturing Time

All of our products are handmade and produced in limited quantities. Before your order can be fulfilled, we must create and prepare inventory.

Production and manufacturing typically require 5–20 business days. This timeframe may vary depending on:

- Current order volume

- Product demand

- Material availability

- Seasonal demand and holidays

- Customization requirements

Production begins after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been received.

Order Processing Time

Once inventory is available and your product has been prepared, your order enters our processing stage.

Order processing generally takes 4–7 business days.

During this stage, we:

- Inspect the product for quality assurance

- Prepare packaging materials

- Securely package your order

- Generate shipping labels

- Prepare the shipment for carrier pickup

Orders are not considered shipped until a tracking number has been generated and the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing is complete, shipping time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days

Standard shipping is our most economical shipping option and may experience delays due to carrier volume, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors outside of our control.

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 9–18 business days

Express shipping receives priority handling through our shipping network but may still be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays and seasonal demand.

Please note that shipping estimates begin only after production and order processing have been completed.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

Depending on the product and shipping option selected, customers should expect an overall delivery timeframe that includes:

- Production: 5–20 business days

- Processing: 4–7 business days

- Shipping: 7–15 business days (Standard) or 9–18 business days (Express)

As a result, total delivery times may range from approximately 16–45 business days from the date of purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

- Severe weather conditions

- Carrier delays

- Customs inspections

- High seasonal demand

- Public holidays

- Supply chain disruptions

Andrew's Flags is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Andrew's Flags is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters production or processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.
