Every flag is handcrafted and made to order right here in Canada. Because each piece is individually crafted, stained, carved, assembled, and inspected by hand, production takes longer than mass-produced products. Production Time:

Production typically takes 5–20 business days from order confirmation.

Order Processing:

Once your flag is completed, it undergoes a final quality inspection and is carefully packaged. Processing typically takes 4–7 business days.

Shipping Times:

After processing, shipping times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution if the damage occurred during production or transit.

Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier and assist in resolving the issue promptly.

Each flag is approximately 2.0" deep with dimensional carved details and torn edge accents extending slightly beyond the base dimensions.

Weight:

Medium: approximately 8–10 lbs

Large: approximately 18–22 lbs

Each piece is built from solid pine boards individually cut, torched, hand-stained, and assembled in our shop. No two flags are exactly alike — slight variations in grain pattern, char depth, and torn edge contour are part of every piece.

Each flag is individually handcrafted and made to order. Because every piece is built by hand using natural wood materials, no two flags will be exactly alike.

Variations in wood grain, texture, color, stain absorption, char patterns, carving details, and overall appearance are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects. Product photos are provided as examples of our craftsmanship, but your finished flag may differ slightly from the images shown.
